The process

What we manage

Material sourcing

We look for recyclable material from waste collectors, manufacturers, industrial businesses, airports, logistics organisations and other commercial sources.

Reliable suppliers

We focus on building relationships with suppliers we can work with consistently and understanding the material they can provide.

Material and grade review

Before presenting an opportunity to a buyer, we review available information such as material type, grade, condition, quantity, location and specification. Additional testing or certification may still be required.

Matching

We compare available material with the buyer's grade, form, quantity, application and delivery requirements.

Commercial negotiation

We support communication on price and transaction terms so both sides understand what has been agreed.

Transport coordination

Once terms are agreed, we can help coordinate transport directly from supplier to buyer. ThinkGreenSource does not hold inventory.

Commercial clarity

Important points before a transaction

How we charge

ThinkGreenSource charges a sourcing commission based on the order value. The applicable fee and commercial terms are agreed as part of the transaction.

Confidentiality

We can manage communication centrally and aim to protect commercially sensitive information. Information is still shared where needed for legal, regulatory, contractual, compliance or transport purposes.

If material does not match

If received material does not match the agreed grade or specification, we will support communication and work towards a practical resolution under the agreed transaction terms. This may include return, replacement, price adjustment or refund where applicable.

Quality and responsibility

Review is not the same as independent certification

Our material checks are intended to improve the quality of information available to the buyer. Some transactions may require independent inspection, testing, certificates or regulatory documents before material can be accepted.

Source. Review. Match. Negotiate. Coordinate.

A straightforward model designed to keep the process clear for both sides.
